Delete your Calibre Coach account

You can ask us to delete your Calibre Coach account and all its data at any time, without the app.

How to ask

1. Email support@calibrecoach.com with the subject Delete my account.
2. Include the phone number you sign in with.
3. We will confirm the request with you on that phone number, so that nobody else can delete your account. Once you confirm, we delete it.

We complete deletion within 30 days of your confirmation, and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account and your phone number in our sign-in system.
• Your name and profile.
• All your workout logs, personal bests, notes, and skipped or changed workouts.
• Your plans, including any you wrote yourself.
• Your health information: constraints, injuries and check-ins, including pain.
• Your session and package records, and invitations sent to you.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your trainer loses access to all of it.

What is kept

• Backups. Our database provider keeps rolling backups for disaster recovery. Your data leaves them as they expire, within 30 days of deletion. We never restore a backup to bring back a deleted account.
• Your trainer account, if you also coach on Calibre Coach. Only your client data is deleted.
• Your emails to us about the request, as a record that we carried it out.
